The Edge magazine is the most appealing with having seem to strike a balance between information and image.
I edited the articles within the feature page from that of the rough draft in the previous blog post labeled feature page articles. My feature page is inspired by gaming magazines such as gameinformer, Retro Gamer, and Edge. gameinformerdraws readers in with full page photos and minimal text and then retro gamer which uses colored background to not distract from the review/analysis of the game.
Gameplay Kid Icarus Uprising is a third-person shooter with people using the touchscreen as the means by which you aim. With the game being divided into chapters and there are three segments in each chapter: Aerial battles, Land battles, and Boss battles. Which use the same features but are executed in different ways from dodging to shooting, all of it is tuned to each battle. Air Battles: The first segment of every chapter, Pit is dropped into the middle of battle and must make his way into the heart of battle, game-play resembles that of a Bullet Hell with waves of enemies coming from all sides and keeping Pit on his toes. Land Battles: is the the mid-point, in which Pit lands and continues his fight on the ground. The game is still the same only adding mechanics such as dodge, special abilities, and secret rooms.
